You’ll likely find that unplugging makes it easier to connect to the people around you and enjoy what you’re doing in your free time.
Make A Schedule For Yourself
Effective time management can help you get more done both in and outside of work. This is particularly important if you work for yourself or have a flexible schedule. Determine what time of day you tend to be most productive, and schedule your most challenging work tasks during that time. Your schedule shouldn’t just be for work – you’ll also want to make sure to pencil in time for friends, family, hobbies, and relaxing.
